Sub: Bulk purchase of books
Dear Sir,
This is
in response to your advertisement in the quiz newspaper dated January 23rd
2019. We want to place a bulk order for the purchase of history publication
books. Most of the nooks will be on Indian history and culture. Biographies of
great national leader will also be a part of our purchase list.
We would like you to honour the following terms
and conditions:
1.
To
give 3% special concession to us for the bulk purchases. This is over and above
the 25% offered as the Grand Festival Discount.
2.
The
books must be delivered to us within a week. I.E, up to October 10, 2019. Books
received after the said date will not be accepted. The festival season would
have passed of its peak by then.
3.
We
reserve the right to cancel the order if you do not honour the above said terms
and conditions.
