Sub: Undue delay in delivery of books

Sir

We are constrained to show our resentment at the undue delay in the delivery of books for our college library. We placed a bulk order of the purchase of books for library two months ago. This inordinate delay on your part defies logic and good sense. Ding publishers Chandigarh are the leading publishers and book suppliers of Chandigarh. They enjoy a great reputation and good will in the market. Such kind of behavior is against their prestige and goodwill. Nor does it conform to the ethics of business. Before we decide otherwise, we would like enquire from you about the reason of this delay.

Enough is enough. You know that the first term of the academic year has almost come to an end. After a few days, the college will close for the holi festival. If you fail to deliver the books up to 10 January, we will be compelled to cancel the order. We hope you will not compel us to look for another supplier for the books.

Yours

Ss

Librarian.
